I am a retired adult ukulele enthusiast who has been playing for about 7 years. Playing music does not come easy to me, but I really like the challenge and feel good about my slow progress. I would consider myself to be an advanced beginner/intermediate musician. One thing I really like about Marco's teaching technique is that he teaches various aspects about melody and harmony each week, does not concentrate on teaching just complete songs, and exposes me to different types of cultural music. I am not able to completely master what he teaches each week, but I find his approach to be very challenging and gives me lots of material to work on - a perfect match of difficulty and enjoyment!
